To ease that wait, here is a second official track that may warm us up. Hey, Mr. Dictator is a protest song. One that fulminates against an authoritarian leader. And it is one with a big ego, trying to deceive, cripple and manipulate the people with lies and propaganda. But the people are resilient and continue to fight for freedom and are not so easily intimidated.

The song has the typical Enzo Kreft touch. Electro with a solid beat, with a breath that leans more towards minimal synths, a wriggling bass line and Enzo Kreft's voice hanging between recitation and vocals.

We zullen nog even geduld moeten uitoefenen tot de lente voordat het nieuwe album Dictator’ van Enzo Kreft verschijnt.

Om die wachttijd te verzachten is er een tweede officiële track die ons warm mag doen lopen. Hey, Mr. Dictator is een protestsong. Eén die fulmineert tegen een autoritaire leider. En het is er één met een groot ego, die het volk probeert te misleiden, te verlakken en te manipuleren met leugens en propaganda. Maar het volk is veerkrachtig en blijft strijden voor vrijheid en zijn niet zo snel te intimideren.

De song heeft de typerende Enzo Kreft-toets. Electro met een stevige beat, met een ademtocht die eerder naar minimal synths neigt, een wriemelende baslijn en Enzo Kreft’s stem die hangt tussen voordracht en zang.
