John R Mirland (Negant, Am Tierpark e.a. ) and Bryon Wilson (Divider) form a team under the name of Emergency Sequence. And they've just released their second single Sharpening The Axe. An old-school EBM song, but in a more contemporary danceable electro version. The song serves as a preview of the full-length album Body Movement they are currently working on.

You will direcly recognize the solid EBM base in this song: short and angular synth melodies combined with dark vocals. The rhythm section is less threatening than in real old-school EBM, but when you know who's behind it, you know it will sound dark and danceable. The axe of this song is sharpened to make a revolution and cause a stir.

Just like other works of these guys, this song is ready to make people move on many dancefloors. Play it loud...

John R Mirland (Negant, Am Tierpark e.a.

Play it loud...
