Martin Delisle from France (maybe known from electronic projects Dexy Corp, Cheerleader69 and Republic Of Screens) creates with “Geometrical Keys’ a very interesting industrial/ soundscape album. The combination between heavy beats, which sometimes sounds like shooting machineguns, combined with quiet, but threatening, music is working wonderfully well. Although “Geometrical Keys” quality is constantly high there are some highlights to mention. Listen for instance to the calm beautiful piano part of ‘Enigma’ (which almost sounds like a neo-classical movie theme for a thriller) or the threatening hypnotising repetitive beats of ‘Parasite/ Paradox/ Paralysis’ which ends with that calm piece of piano music again. It shows the best part of HOLOGRAM_. Well written and worked out music that keeps you hooked. “Geometrical Keys’ has enough variety to keep the listener focussed and always make you wonder what direction will be chosen next. A great journey and HOLOGRAM_ proves for the non-believers that instrumental industrial/ soundscape music is far from boring.

I regularly come across animal remains at various stages of decomposition. That started to affect me, and that's where the concept of the record was born.
