Below you can watch a new trailer for an upcoming documentary on Canadian synthpunk innovator, Nash The Slash, who combined horror imagery and costumes with macabre electronic music and eerie electric violin playing, beginning in the late 1970s. He was also well-known for his collaborations with Gary Numan in the early ‘80s:
The film, which is now in post-production, is currently raising funds on Indiegogo, where you can pick up Nash The Slash T-Shirts, vinyl, CDs, prints, and even some exclusive cassette reissues of his classic early releases, limited to 100 copies each:
