What the Amphi Festival is among the open-air festivals that is the E-tropolis for the electro scene.
On September 3rd 2011 the motto at the Columbia Compound in Berlin is once again "darker, harder, louder" with the best the EBM, industrial, electro and synth-pop scenes have to offer.
No question, the top-notch programme impresses with 15 top acts and a nightly after-show party. Alongside the Berlin based formations FORMALIN, SOLITARY EXPERIMENTS as well as the splatter-disco-maniacs AGONOIZE the current lineup offers international flair inter alia with the Swedish EBM-banger SPETSNAZ, the legendary FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY from Canada or the Belgian industrial steam hammer SUICIDE COMMANDO who recently rocked the Amphi Festival into ground.
The trademark of the E-tropolis Festival is to still pull the ace of spades even when the atmosphere already reached its peak.
So rejoice with E-tropolis on this year´s headliner, known best for being the undisputed kings of the electronic dance floor, VNV NATION.
But this is only the beginning. Get your ears blown through by XOTOX and FABRIK C, look forward to an insane show of SANTA HATES YOU (feat. Peter Spilles – Project Pitchfork), party with FADERHEAD and ROTERSAND, ride on the WELLE: ERDBALL, experience a unique concert of ASCII.DISKO and be there when the legendary HAUJOBB celebrate their stage-reunion, exclusive at the E-tropolis Festival 2011.
Original E-tropolis Festival tickets can be booked in advance exclusively at the official ticket shop located here.

The new Decoded Feedback album is almost finished! "disKonnekt", the upcoming release from electro-industrial masters Decoded Feedback, explores the themes of alienation and existential angst so prevalent in today's society.
On their new album, band members Yone Dudas and Marco Biagiotti delve into the complex relationship between man and machine and consider how virtual environments can disconnect us from the real world.
Decoded Feedback's trademark aggressive sound and atmospheric melodies remains front and centre on "disKonnekt" and has been further deepened by their recent European tour with Covenant.
To be released in early 2012, "disKonnekt" is Decoded Feedback's eighth full length release and includes a collaboration with legendary industrial musician and friend Claus Larsen of Leæther Strip.
