If you’re a fan of The Killing and Borgen, then you better read this as The Legacy is the new series you have to watch. The Dutch paper De Volkskrant even said The Legacy is the NEW Borgen. In homeland Denemark The Legacy gathered 1,7 million viewers and static wise that means it’s better than The Killing and Borgen.
THE LEGACY tells the story of a very special family in where, after the mother’s death, lots of revelations come above.
This series features Trine DYRHOLM and Marie BACH HANSEN, directed by Pernilla AUGUST and created by Maya ILSØE.
You might know Trine DYRHOLM from her role in 'Festen' and 'A Royal Affair'. She also was part of the Jury during this years’ International Filmfestival from Berlin.
Pernilla AUGUST is known as muse from Ingmar Bergman, and of course as Anakin Skywalker’s mother in Star Wars.

ONE SIDED VINYL TASTER FROM FORTHCOMING IKE YARD REMIXES CD COLLECTION
As a taster of forthcoming Ike Yard remixes CD collection, desire is proud to present a very limited one-sided vinyl with a new mastered version of Regis remix of ‘Loss’.
Following his remixes of Raime and Vatican Shadow, and his own ‘In A Syrian Tongue’ EP, Regis returned with a brooding, immaculately swung version of Ike Yard’s ‘Loss’. This is no 21st century techno makeover; Ike Yard’s music requires no such updating. It sounds more like Regis sneaked into the The Ranch in ’82, thrashing out a mix on the desk there and then.
Ike Yard was a product of the New York No Wave scene, but also stood very much apart from it, then as now. Propulsive, paranoid, aggressive electro minimalism, with as much attention paid to the mixing board and effects processors as to vocals, guitar and synth. At once starker and more fully-formed than virtually all other contemporaneous post-punk music. desire's 2012 edition represents the first ever vinyl reissue of this classic, prophetic album.
Ike Yard was originally a quartet comprising Michael Diekmann, Stuart Argabright, Kenneth Compton and Fred Szymanski. The group are active again after a 28 year hiatus, sans Szymanski; their most recent album is 2011's Nord.

In order to re-live such a seminal chapter of prog rock history live on stage for Genesis Revisited, Hackett surrounded himself with a team of exceptional musicians including keyboardist Roger King (Gary Moore, Snoop Dog, Jamelia), Gary O’Toole (Chrissie Hynde, Kylie Minogue) on drums, percussion and vocals, Rob Townsend (Eddie Henderson, Bill Bruford, Django Bates) on sax, flute and percussion, Lee Pomeroy (Rick Wakeman, Take That) on bass, and Nad Sylvan (Abbas’s Michael B Tretow) on vocals. Prog Magazine’s Grant Moon wrote: "The Genesis Revisited incarnation represents perhaps the last chance we'll have to hear it as it should be. It's hard to recall a performance that sounded so good at this venue”.
The guitar legend scooped Prog Magazine’s 2013 Progressive Music Award for Event Of The Year following another Genesis Revisited sell out performance at London’s Hammersmith Apollo.
After an unforgettable 2013, Hackett will be rewarding fans in 2014 with his Genesis Extended world tour, which hits the UK in October and sees the return of Nick Beggs on bass. The show will once again feature seminal tracks from the ‘Genesis Golden Era’, some of which were not included on the Genesis Revisited tour. Genesis Extended 2014 Benelux dates:
Friday 16 May - Ancienne Belgique, Brussels, Belgium
Saturday 17 May - Markant, Uden, Netherlands

Legendary Pink Dots are back with a new great concept album.
This is first Volume of a complex story about conspiracy, magic, and spirituality. Minimal synths, guitars, syncopated rhythms that are making weird, psychedelic and transcendental noises which are of course accompanied by the distinctive voice of Ka-Spel. Lying on your sofa, pumping up the volume and just dream away on their ethereal sounds.
10 to the Power of 9 is a dark and exceptional trip into their warped and bizarre musical psyche.
For sure one of the best Concept album of the Band.
There are 10 people who run the World. They are all male and presidents, magnates and high priests all do their bidding. The 10 live in villas in the remotest part of the Himalayas- a place that absolutely NO – ONE would ever stumble upon. Although the 10 live in such close proximity to each other, they choose to have meetings in the back room of a small office in London. That’s where the decisions are made. That’s where the wars begin, that’s where the dice are tossed across the table to establish who wins, who loses, who lives, who dies.
The classic conspiracy theory to end them all and I listened ,open-mouthed , hair falling into my eyes. It was maybe 1976 when I heard this first. You are right to snigger at my naivety. I listened and twisted this story around inside my head , and it did indeed seem completely unbelievable. Now of course it’s 2014, and Im older and wiser and I have to laugh at myself too. Now I know wasn’t a theory. Now I know it’s true - Edward- Ka-spel
In the fall of 2011, Colombian hardstyle darkravers TERRORKODE delivered “Corrosive Audio” – a hammerblow of bass and beats, including a rash of remixes from luminaries of the genre such as NOISUF-X, SAM and PHOSGORE, mixed and mastered by Kolja Trelle (SOMAN).
In the interim, programmers Neural and Sacro have been perfecting their own mixing skills and experimenting with various added elements – the results of which have now been assembled into their second slamming album “Frequency Overload”.
Mastered this time by Jan L of NOISUF-X/X-FUSION himself, “Frequency Overload” takes the basic blueprints of “Corrosive Audio” and rebuilds them into a ferocious new model for 2013 – more powerful, more dynamic, more aggressive.
14 tracks, including the final versions of “I Am The Death Machine” (from “Dying World Anthems”) and “Operation Q” (from “Endzeit Bunkertracks VI”), plus 12 new songs including “Evil” co-written by and featuring the vocals and lyrics of Eugene Nesci/VPROJEKT – an hour of instrumental intensity, designed to make your body move.
Packaged once more by Vlad McNeally of Kallisti:Design in a slick continuation of the video-game theme established with “Corrosive Audio”, the CD-version of “Frequency Overload” comes in a limited first edition of 200 in 4-panel digipak – augmented by remixes from CHAINREACTOR and VAULT-113.
