Veteran EBM artist Claus Kruse is back in electro land! Before the release of his 8th album, PLASTIC NOISE EXPERIENCE offers this special appetiser EP to his patient fans. Powered by the ass-kicking video clip of its title-song, the "Control" EP reveals 4 new vocal tracks, 2 experimental vintage electronic instrumental pieces as well as the remix work of legendary NO MORE or yet other EBM legends like VOMITO NEGRO, ARMAGEDDON DILDOS and the talented Germans of AD:KEY.
The musical direction of the new album is straight and clear: PNE revisits its harsh EBM roots (anno "Transmission") for your ultimate pain and pleasure with ripping basslines, hammering beats, fast dark electro sequences, powerful angry male vocals and carrying electronic melodies.
It’s not hard to imagine “Between Dog And Wolf” becoming one of the essential releases of 2013, for all fans of “non obvious” rock music. New Model Army fans are already used to the mix of wit, deepness and emotional turmoil delivered at every release by the band led by Justin Sullivan. This album goes one step further in terms of variety and complexity.
The album is filled with multi-layered drums and atmospheric musical textures while sacrificing none of the band’s famous passion, raw energy and songwriting skills. The self-produced set was finished earlier this year in Los Angeles with Joe Barresi mixing, (Soundgarden, Queens of the Stone Age, Tool). Whilst New Model Army have always been noted for encompassing a wide variety of musical ‘styles’, the record still marks a major evolution in their sound.
On October 14th Mortal Records presents Splinter (Songs From A Broken Mind), the inspired new album by pioneer, chart-topper and influential artist Gary Numan. Splinter features guitarist Robin Finck (Nine Inch Nails, Guns N Roses), is produced by long-standing collaborator Ade Fenton, and will be followed by a full national headline tour in November.
The album finds Gary on fine dark electronic form; sounding both cutting-edge and classic Numan, it marks his best work since the late 70s, early 80s heyday. Gary s knack for s*xy, idiosyncratic dancefloor killers is strongly evident on the pounding, growling throb of Love Hurt Bleed , whilst Who Are You carries equal clout as-body-music-Numan-style - infectious, but sounding unlike anything else you might hear blasting from a soundsystem. Although Numan released a straight-to-the-fanbase album Dead Son Rising in 2011, this is his first self-penned full album since Jagged in 2006.
But while Numan s unique style continues to connect with fans from the worlds of metal, hip hop, electronica, industrial and indie, he remains as focussed as ever in pursuing his own singular vision. Splinter sounds unique, while also utilising new sounds and ideas

With clean-cut vocals providing an angsty nod to the Punk genre, "Into Exile" provides something truly hostile. Mad Capsule Markets playing with Ministry in a battle for anger, while Alec Empire and Cubanate have an Arm Wrestle in the crowd. Litter this with Synths and Bass Drops, and Tactical Module is born.
Limited to just 100 copies, buy "Into Exile" before the release of 4th October, for the discounted price of £9 digitally, or £10 for the Digipak. Prices will up to £10 and £12 respectively, after the release date.
