Neil Halstead releases his new single 'Tied To You' today (November 19).
It couples the gloriously autumnal folk of the original with the almost trip-hop remix by electronica producer Mark Van Hoen. You might have heard the latter on BBC 6 Music or Amazing Radio.
'Tied To You' is the first the first single to be taken from the former Slowdive and Mojave 3 man's acclaimed new solo album 'Palindrome Hunches'. Here are some of the nice things people have been saying about it:

GOLDEN APES' brandnew longplayer named "Riot" will be given birth soon this autumn, on november, 30th 2012. Two of the significant changes to the past works are a new producer named "Ragnar" and a change to the well-known independent label afmusic/Al!ve.
A tour of the band supporting the new release will start on november, 30th/Mannheim, among the record release party celebrating the new songs.

Historic reunion of the original guitarists from Public Image Limited: post-punk dub bass legend Jah Wobble and that master of angular six-string fretwork Keith Levene.
Wobble and Levene were the driving forces behind PiL’s landmark 1980 album Metal Box, which they revisited this year with several highly-acclaimed live shows. Yin & Yang is their first collaboration since Metal Box, retaining that album’s dense, abstract layers in places while also venturing into new, uncharted territory.
Highlights include the confrontational title track, the epic ‘Jags And Staffs’ (Ian Dury meets Hawkwind?), ‘Mississippi’ (reminiscent of Cornershop or Alamaba 3?) and ‘Within You Without You’, a novel twist on a lesser-known Beatles tune.
