Alrealon Musique presents the C14H10Cl2NNaO2 compilation featuring a variety of electronic, experimental artists from around the globe;[ówt krì], War Crimes x Chris Gilmore, Rasplyn, & Doomed User.
C14H10Cl2NNaO2 is Diclofenac Sodium. Diclofenac Sodium is the sodium salt form of diclofenac, a benzene acetic acid derivate and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory activity.
It's a metaphor for the relaxing state music puts the brain into.
Originally the concept was to make a short run of twenty promotional cassette tapes for Parachute Radio in France featuring original artwork by Robert L. Pepper. Later, Alrealon Musique decided to make a short run of 150 cds with a special edition booklet with reproductions of all of the 20 artworks.

Los Angeles-based darkwave act, Tigercide has announced the release of The Remedy Remixes: a collection of re-envisioned tracks from Tigercide 's Remedy EP. With the first track, "Remedy" (Album Mix), the drum of a betrayed heart pulses in your ears. Shexist sings the listener to terms, with the notes of a subdued finality. The synths cry in the background and remind you to breathe. A song that can only prepare you for the death of your ego.
The Remedy album was a special release, an incredibly personal look into a journey filled with beauty and pain; the burden of almost losing it all but somehow keeping it together, clawing through adversity. The duo of Shexist and St. Brendan reach to the sky and obtain its healing sound. Together through heartache and sheer will they are a force of change.
The Remedy Remixes are a catalog of moods smuggled from every corner of the darkened overgrowth. Industrial beasts like those of John Bechdel of Ministry rip right into you while DJ Odeed wobbles the blood flow, nods the head and beats the heart. The blending of retro dance feels and hard-edge cuts leave the listener sweating on the floor.

Industrial rock band, Unhappily Ever Now has just announced their first new single since their 2021 self-titled debut EP. “Pleading (The Haunting of Scars)” explores the self-doubt experienced when personal growth comes from great loss and trauma. Dark, gritty, melodic and emotional, yet unique.
With a familiar dark-alt sound like that of Stabbing Westward, TOOL, A Perfect Circle, and Rammstein, "Pleading" delivers a fresh approach from the band. The track features male and female vocals, a unique blend of organic and electronic instrumentation and intense, yet melodic vocal phrases. Forthcoming remixes of the single include collaborations with JP Anderson of Rabbit Junk and Walter Flakus of Stabbing Westward.

It’s a difficult and heartbreaking split because you both still love each other. In this case, however, love is not enough.

Today, 45 years ago, Joy Division self-released their very first 7' EP, An Ideal For Living!
Today, 45 years ago, Joy Division self-released their very first EP, An Ideal For Living! All four tracks were recorded in just one day at the Pennine Sound studios in Oldham, UK, on 14th December 1977 and released as a 7” on the band’s own Enigma label. The band self-financed this recording on a budget of £400.
The original release was pressed as 1000 copies and sold out by September the same year.
While the band was still known as Warsaw during the recording sessions for this release, they changed their name to Joy Division before the release took place.
The sleeve was printed on a 14' x 14' piece of thin cardstock and then folded into four squares. The front cover has a black-and-white Hitler Youth member beating a drum, which was drawn by guitarist Bernard Sumner and their bandname printed in a German gothic style blackletter font. The cover design, coupled with the nature of the band's name, fuelled controversy over whether the band had Nazi sympathies. When the EP was re-released on 12-inch vinyl, the original cover was replaced by artwork featuring scaffolding.
Numerous counterfeit editions of this release exist. Only the original vinyl has serrated vinyl around the label and different contours on the label.
Today, original copies are being traded between collectors and fans for prices from € 1500 to a stunning almost € 3000!
