The fourth season from Pretty Little Liars is out on DVD from 3rd September on.

Based upon the book series by Sara Shepard, Pretty Little Liars revolves around four teenage girlfriends Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Hanna (Ashley Benson) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) who lost touch with one another after the mysterious death of a friend, Alison (Pieterse). The girls are suddenly reunited when they each begin receiving messages suggesting Alison is actually alive and watching them… and the suspense and scares continue to build as relationships are built and destroyed. Pretty Little Liars also stars Tyler Blackburn, Ian Harding, Laura Leighton and Janel Parrish.

Het vierde seizoen van Pretty Little Liars ligt vanaf 3 september op dvd in de winkelrekken.
Nooit liegen is een van de zaken die iedereen sinds kindsaf ingestampt krijgt, maar bij onze vier vriendinnen uit Rosewood is dat toch niet zo goed gelukt. In dit vierde seizoen van succesreeks Pretty Little Liars krijgen Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Hanna (Ashley Benson, Spring Breakers) en Spencer (Troian Bellisario) het vanuit alle hoeken zwaar te verduren, en meer dan ooit zullen ze samen moeten werken om het hoofd boven water te kunnen houden.
Pretty Little Liars is gebaseerd op de bestsellers van Sara Shepard en mag met 17 Teen Choice Awards gerust een fenomeen genoemd worden. Ondertussen is ook de inkt droog van het zevende seizoen, waardoor we ons nog een tijdje kunnen onderdompelen in de mysteries die het stadje Rosewood te bieden heeft.
SYNOPSIS
In de nasleep van de mysterieuze brand in de hut (seizoen 3) wenden Aria, Emily, Hanna en Spencer zich tot een verrassende nieuwe bondgenoot om ze te helpen ontdekken wat er die nacht is gebeurd, en dat terwijl ze gelijktijdig Red Coat proberen te ontmaskeren.
Maar als er een nieuw lijk opduikt in Rosewood, raken de meisjes betrokken in een nieuw moordonderzoek, een onderzoek dat een schaduw van verdenkingen werpt op hun eigen clubje, vrienden en familie. Terwijl 'A' op de loer ligt, en de meisjes het gevoel hebben dat Alison dichterbij is dan ooit, worden de Liars brutaler in hun detectivewerk – en in de verhalen die ze vertellen om hun geheimen te verdoezelen.

When the days are slow at the White House, it looks like Frank Underwood takes a break from political scheming for some prank calls.
The Clinton Foundation recruited Kevin Spacey for a video leading up to Bill Clinton’s 68th birthday on Tuesday, in which Spacey channels his “House of Cards” character Underwood to prank Hillary Clinton.
“I like to entertain myself by having some fun with my predecessors,” says Spacey before starting his best Bill impersonation.
He tries to get Hillary to reveal her birthday present to Bill, to which Hillary replies “I told you, this is a very personal decision that I will make when I’m ready,” an answer too familiar to those who have asked the former Secretary of State if she’ll be running for president in the next election.
Spacey also attempts to convince Hillary to get Bill an elephant, a fitting request as Hillary and Chelsea Clinton have spoken out against elephant poaching. When Spacey suggests “Frank” as a name for Chelsea’s baby (and “Claire” for a girl, of course), Hillary knows it’s him.
The segment closes with a “House of Cards”-style text exchange between Bill and Spacey, indicating that Bill was in on it the whole time.
The Netflix political drama is currently filming its third season.
