In our series from new talent (that hopefully will never stop), we present you Hertzmaschine.
We are already familiar with a Blitzmaschine from Germany but this machine comes from Buenos Aires, Argentinia.
This trio is fronted by Adam [Voice, lyrics, programming], Lothar [Programming & Synths] and Dj Angel [Programming & Synths, backing vocals, visuals]
They recently released a demo which contains 6 songs, among them a cover from Depeche Mode's "Blasphemous Rumours".
Sometimes they do it with an EBM-touch, sometimes futurepop, sometimes in Spanish but not once we thought it was bad.
On the link below you can discover Hertzmaschine's music yourself.
Our Belgian friends from The Dark Cat keep on coming with good gigs.as on Saturday 25th they prsent Latino Body Music with Arian 1.
Arian 1 started during 1992 in the city of Lima(Perú), with brothers "Eduardo Leiva" and "Cesar Leiva". They began as most musicians of the time, in garage bands, trying different trends and sounds of the underground scene in Lima.
...
In the beginning, they experimented with different styles of electronic music which later (1993-94) were defined as "EBM" [electronic body music].
After a long break [2000 – 2006], "Arian 1" came back in 2007 with a single called: "Machine Gun".
The last 2010 release was " Immersion" LP in this work they began and experimented with different styles in the electro music scene. then the band signed with Latin American label "Orion Records" and thanks to they started a new era in cooperation and distribution with the best and most influence alternative labels around the globe.
Now Arian 1 are probably best described as a bit harder Futurepop mixed with industrial sounds and some EBM.
