When Peek-A-Boo went on-line some weeks ago we promised you to cover the REAL underground and informing you about new bands that deserve to be heard.
No, we’re not talking about those so called undergroundbands you hear day in day out on your radio. Just underground like the name suggests.
In this wide world of the web everybody is giving away their music for free and who knows your neighbour is presenting his talent on some free mp3's.
Here at Peek-A-Boo we will (under the series “new discovery”, and yes…you can blame us for our lack of imagination!) give you some tips in the future, who knows it might be your neighbour!

Black Polygons recently released an EP for free and we don’t know from which planet he or she is. Are they from Greece or Indonesia? We don’t know but their minimal instrumental 80’s inspired synthmusic rocked our world. Something for Mannequin-fans we guess.

Assemblage 23 announces that work on new material has been going on all spring.
The single which will be called "The Noise Inside My Head" and is expected to be out in late fall, with the album (to be called "Bruise") to follow.
They intend to do a limited physical run of the single, and, as with the previous album, there will be a limited 2-CD special edition with bonus tracks in addition to the standard, 1-disc version.
In the meantime fans will have heard how Tom Shear covered “Don’t change” by Inxs on the compilation “The choice of a new generation” and according to the man himself, if you ask it in a friendly way, he’ll play it for you.
The House Of Usher will release their eighth album "Pandora's Box" on Friday, 17th June 2011. The band will introduce the album on the same day with a gig at the Matrix, Bochum (Germany).

One of our fave Belgian bands of all time, Parade Ground have some very exclusive news.
Not only you can see them at their own 2nd Body Farm Festival at Le Botanique in Brussels (Saturday 8th October) featuring Dive and Morpheus Secrets, but Dark Entries Records will also re-release some of their 80’s tracks on mighty vinyl.
In the meantime Parade Ground also finished a remix from 'Electric love' by NTRSN to be featured on their forthcoming album that will be released by Sigsaly Transmissions.
