American Power Trio PRONG is getting ready to release an album of cover versions, putting their distinct spin on an array of tracks originally recorded by artists such as Black Flag, Bad Brains, Adolescents, The Sisters Of Mercy, Killing Joke, Hüsker Dü and Neil Young.
Tommy Victor: “Prong is very excited about the upcoming release of our new record, "Songs From The Black Hole", and equally excited about the artwork and packaging! Since the record explores Prong's roots musically and geographically, this needed to be expressed visually and this was attained. With the help of our art director Mike Lopez, the theme of urban decay, desolation, insecurity and ultimate change that prevails in the music has been brought to the surface in images. Since much of Prong's origins come from a place of abandonment, we feel our new album artwork fully reflects this sentiment. I think one can get a grip of the hard hitting, dangerous sounds inside from a glimpse of the packaging of "Songs From The Black Hole". We certainly hope you enjoy this latest release, inside and out.“

Tom Hanks will reprise the role of Robert Langdon, the Harvard symbologist and main character of Dan Brown's series of bestselling books. The Inferno film will be directed by Ron Howard, the director of 2006's The Da Vinci Code and its sequel, Angels and Demons (2009). It is expected that the film will be released in December 2015, according to film industry website Deadline.
The decision to adapt Inferno for film follows a dispute over the third installment of Brown's series, The Lost Symbol. In 2012 it was announced that Danny Strong, an Emmy-winning writer who also played Jonathan Levinson in television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer, would adapt the novel for a screenplay. However, Howard refused to direct the film and little has been heard about the project since.
Inferno sold nearly a quarter of a million copies in its first week of release, although this is half the 550,000 copies The Lost Symbol sold on publication in 2009. However, the film franchise has traditionally performed well for Sony, who own the film rights: the first film grossed more than £500 million worldwide, with Angels and Demons raking in £320 million at the global box office.

INFERNO volgt de avonturen van Harvard professor symboliek, Robert Langdon. De film wordt geregisseerd door Ron Howard, geproduceerd door de regisseur samen met Brian Grazer, en geschreven door David Koepp naar een boek van Dan Brown.

On August 31st, 2013, Aesthetic Perfection’s Daniel Graves did something never imagined possible: He played an entirely acoustic concert as Aesthetic Perfection. Pulling it off took a year of planning, months of preparation and weeks of rehearsal.
Even then, nothing was perfect. How could it be? No computers, no backing tracks, nothing but what each musician brought with them to the stage. For this special live show, Aesthetic Perfection’s music was presented by a band comprised of Daniel Graves on vocals, Lauren Krothe on piano and backing vocals, Marquis Howell III on upright bass, Tim Van Horn on drums, and Tim Skold on acoustic guitar. Recorded at Complex in Glendale California, a venue renowned for its incredible sound system and intimate concert experience. Graves said of the experience “I was more musically vulnerable than I had ever been before. The whole experience taught me that it’s ok to be vulnerable, it’s ok to be flawed, it’s ok to make mistakes, it’s ok to relinquish control and put your trust in others. Though much of this has been part of the Aesthetic Perfection “philosophy” since Day 1, putting that into practice is easier said than done.
As a self confessed control freak, it pushed me to the brink of madness. Now that all is said and done, I’m not stressed anymore. I’m just proud of what my friends and I accomplished, and I’m grateful to them for their hard work and creativity that made my vision come to life. I’m grateful to the fans who came and showed their support for an utterly absurd idea: An acoustic “industrial” show. And now, I’m excited that I can share this little piece of Aesthetic Perfection history with those who were unable to be there or wish to see it again. Who knows? Maybe we’ll do this again sometime.“
