Ahead of their upcoming EU tour later this year, which includes a string of UK dates in late September, Copenhagen trio Lust For Youth share their video for ‘New Boys’. The track is taken from the band’s ‘International’ LP, which was released earlier this year via Sacred Bones Records.
Speaking about the video, director Frederik Valentin said:
"For the narcotic summer vibe tune "New Boys" I saw no other option than making a video featuring my 11-year-old kid brother, presenting the Danish nature and the innocent beauty of his adolescence.
To do so my brother and I spent our first vacation together. On our way, we filmed at numerous locations all over Denmark. We traveled from the North Sea in Jutland, crossing the Island of Fuen and Kissendrup to finish back home at Seeland, Amager, outside the city of Copenhagen. We shot the sunset of Lohals, a small village with 468 inhabitants on the edge of Langeland. The light during the sunset is a Mecca and a well-known secret by Scandinavian landscape painters, celebrated for its transcendent light and blissful atmosphere. No two sunsets ever appear to be the same."

Successful Hamburg-based Dark-Metal band Lord Of The Lost releases the third single from this year's top-20-album “From The Flame Into The Fire”: just in time for the extensive German tour in autumn, “Six Feet Underground” is released on a lavish picture vinyl, limited to 499 copies and as a digital download.
The title track perfectly showcases the many versatile sides of Lord Of The Lost. Intro and verse have harsh guitars meeting thudding Electronica and a Club-compatible beat, while front man Chris Harms juggles with the many facets of his charismatic voice, easily moving from deep, spine-tingling singing to death grunts and demonic Black-Metal-style screams. In a constant balancing act between dark atmosphere and pumping aggression, the song culminates in an anthemic chorus that will prove earworm-worthy even to those who have not been initiated into the wild world of Metal. The single includes the album version of “Six Feet Underground” plus two exclusive remixes.
With the first mix, German Electro-band CHROM proves that the song also works perfectly well as a Synth-Pop-anthem, by creating a top notch floor filler. Death Valley high transform the song into an Industrial-Metal-Electro-Crossover-inferno that lashes out like a force of nature. After this, Lord Of The Lost are rounding the single off with two exclusive B-side songs. The rather unusual and brutal “Trisma” effectively proves that the lads always have another surprise up their collective sleeves, merging ultra-heavy guitar work with Industrial-elements and something that sounds like flutes from the Disco-era to a juggernaut of a song that just devastates anything that stands in its way. “Built To Break” sees the single ending in a powerful Gothic-Metal-showpiece that plays out all of the group's prowess. “Six Feet Underground” is another highlight from a band that no one into dark Rock or Metal can afford to pass by, these days.
Tracks:
A1. Six Feet Underground (Album Version) - 04:39
A2. Six Feet Underground (CHROM Remix) - 04:07
A3. 666 Feet Underground (Remix by Death Valley High) - 03:33
B1. Trisma - 03:42
B2. Built To Break - 04:02
Arrow Films, the distributors of The Hunt, A Hijacking and Love Is All You Need, are pleased to announce the home entertainment release of Cannes-award winning crime-thriller, A TOUCH OF SIN, available on demand & digital from 8th September and on Blu-ray & DVD from 15th September 2014.
Having been nominated for the Palme d'Or at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival and going on to win Best Screenplay, A Touch of Sin was inspired by four shocking (and true) events.
Written and directed by master Jia Zhangke (The World, Still Life), a man widely regarded as "one of the best and most important directors in the world" (Richard Brody, The New Yorker), this reflection on capitalist China focuses on four people, living in four different provinces, who are driven to violent ends.
An angry miner, enraged by the corruption of his village, decides to take justice into his own hands. A rootless migrant discovers the infinite possibilities of owning a firearm; a receptionist working at a local sauna is pushed to the limit by a wealthy client; and a young factory worker goes from one discouraging job to the next, only to face increasingly degrading circumstances.
With "Once Upon A Time" Sol Invictus pass through the door already opened with the vinyl single "Mr Cruel" last year and step into an alternate universe of Dark Folk, 1970s Prog Rock and Psyche- delia. On his by now 18th album with his main band Tony Wakeford, the cynical godfather of Neofolk, is not only accompanied by old cohorts such as Caroline Jago, Lesley Malone, Éilish McCraken and Renée Rosen, but also receives prominent support courtesy of Agalloch-members Don Anderson (lead guitar) and Jason Walton (mix).
With the once more sharp-tongued lyrics and distinct Sol-Invictus-flair of "Once Upon A Time", Tony Wakeford skilfully manages to clearly hark back to the group's rich history. At the same time however, he incorporates new influences to add another dimension to his band's cosmos, even almost 30 years after its inception.
Thus, Sol Invictus still have something to say even nowadays, both in music and content - and "Once Upon A Time" shows that in an impressive manner.

Synopsis:
Camden Town, the arse-end of the sixties. Two struggling, unemployed actors decide some respite is in order and so depart their miserable flat for a week in the Lake District – one that will involve rain, booze, minimal supplies, a randy bull and an even randier Uncle Monty.
Based on the real-life experiences of former actor turned writer/director Bruce Robinson, Withnail and I has become one of British cinema’s most fondly remembered comedies. A cult film in the truest sense that has also become a classic.
Perfectly cast – with career-defining roles for Richard E. Grant, Paul McGann, Richard Griffiths and Ralph Brown – and crammed with irresistibly quotable dialogue, Withnail and I is a sheer delight, even on the umpteenth viewing.
