"Computer Love" (or "Computerliebe" in German) was released in July 1981 as a single of the studio album Computer World, which was released that same year. The song, released on a double A-sided single along with "The Model", went on to become number one in the UK Singles Chart and reached the 13th position in the U.S.Hot Dance Club Play Billboard.
Besides the shorter original 7” single version, the original 12” version of "Computer Love" is a different version than the one originally found on the 1981 Computer World album.
The song was re-arranged and re-recorded for the band's 1991 studio album The Mix.
The melody of "Computer Love" was used in 2005 by Coldplay for their single "Talk". Apparently, Coldplay singer Chris Martin asked Kraftwerk for approval prior to its release.
Computer Love (Lyrics)
Another lonely night, lonely night
Stare at the TV screen, the TV screen
I don't know what to do, what to do
I need a rendezvous, rendezvous
I call this number, call this number
For a data date, data date
I don't know what to do, what to do
I need a rendezvous, rendezvous

There is a Zen teaching that if you meet God on the road, you must kill him. Kill God Ascend is the fifth full-length album from Australian electro-industrial band SHIV-R.
What the killing of God means to each listener will be a unique and personal revelation. In a world full of gatekeepers and figureheads whose only interest in you is to tell you what to do, illusions will need to be shed and those who profess to have all the answers will need to be confronted.
While not offering any answers, SHIV-R's newest release comes with a statement courtesy of the album's 6th track, "Empire." "I'm on my own path. Get the fuck out of my way."

This month it’s 29 years ago (July 1992) Ministry released the first single, N.W.O. (New World Order) taken from their fifth studio album ΚΕΦΑΛΗΞΘ better known as Psalm 69. The single is considered Ministry's biggest hit, topping out on the Billboard Modern Rock chart at no. 11. The song was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance in 1993.
The song is widely regarded as a protest against then-President George H. W. Bush. The song features audio samples of his voice, with him repeating "A new world order" over and over again at the end of the song. At this point of the song in the music video, Bush is portrayed by an actor with an enormous papier-mâché head, grabbing his crotch and waving his arms. Samples from Apocalypse Now are included in this track: Dennis Hopper's character exclaiming "It's alright!" as the patrol boat is approaching the colonel's fort, as well as the siren that was used during the scene. There is also a loop of the guitar solo coming from a transistor radio in the grenade launcher's bunker.
Next to the album version and the over eight minute long Extended Dance Mix of the title track, there's also the non-album bonus track Fucked writen by Paul Barker and Howard Beno. The cover artwork was designed by Paul Elledge.

Lyrics
All the locals hide their tears of regret
Open fire 'cause I love you to death
Sky high, with a heartache of stone
You'll never see me 'cause I'm always alone
How to love without a trace of dissent
I'll buy the torture 'cause you pay for the rent
Tied high with a broken command
You're all alone to the promised land
I'm in love with this malicious intent
You've been taken but you don't know it yet
What you will know must never live to be found
'Cause it's the subject of the eyes of the clown

The Mexican Industrial-Electro legends HOCICO release their new maxi-cd 'Broken Empires' / Lost World'!
"Broken Empires / Lost World is a futuristic and modern vision. It's a mixture of dark electro with a new mid-tempo and dark synth tendencies."
Hocico's distinctive talent creates catchy melodies and a highly creative sound design to a club-ready hell ride with an addictive character. With their new single "Broken Empires / Lost World", the Mexican industrial-electro legends Hocico once again present a contemporary testimony. In their usual aggressive and energetic way of expression, Hocico present themselves on their newest release (Maxi-CD). Besides the radio edit, there are three more remixes of the song "Broken Empires". Completing this endgame scenario from Hocico is the merciless and ever-present track "Lost World", which delivers punchy and pessimistic lyrically content to the max. Hocico's music provides the listener energy. "This Energy is like yoga within the chaos", says the band. Hocico are globally known as innovators in the dark and industrial scene.
