CRUISE [CTRL], the electronica / minimal techno duo based in Belgium, have been quite busy lately. After two albums ("I Heard It!" in 2008 and "How’s Annie?" in 2010), they are finalizing their third album, "…Are Not What They Seem", which is due to be published in September 2012 on the Americal label Signifier. The album will include 8 new tracks, among which a collaboration with Belgian EBM legend Dirk Ivens (Dive, Sonar, Klinik, Absolute Body Control…) and a track featuring Sigma, the former (female) singer of Komplex.
The band describes the new album as "more electronica and drone-ambient" than the 2 previous albums. In exclusivity for Peek-a-boo, you can listen to one of the tracks: "In the heart of a circle of 12 sycamores" here: it sounds awesome!

Industrial rock pioneers Killing Joke have announced that their frontman, "Jaz" Coleman, who had been reported missing, is alive and kicking and very busy! Apparently, Coleman had been living a nomadic existence in the Western Saharah for the last month in order to concentrate on finishing his two current projects.
Killing Joke also announced a new project, "KJ in Dub". They have compiled three volumes of dub versions and remixes. The compilation includes a remix of the 1996 song "Democracy" by Nine Inch Nails. There are also remixes by the Orb.

Bootblacks are a postpunk band from New York City
They worked on it for nearly 2 years with Peter Mavrogeorgis in Dollhouse Studios in Long Island, and were lucky enough to have Jim Sclavunos (Grinderman, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds) involved on three songs. He produced "The Flood," co-mixed "Unfortunate Rose," and played saxophone on "Machina."
The record is a run of 150 clear vinyl, and 350 black vinyl, hand-numbered, and includes a download card and screenprinted patch.
Null, Ayria, ?) will be handling the worldwide distribution of the upcoming RECOIL Blu-ray 'A STRANGE HOUR IN BUDAPEST'. RECOIL is the project of Alan Wilder, formerly of DEPECHE MODE.
"A Strange Hour" was presented during 2010/2011 in 52 cities across the world as part of the "Selected Events" tour to celebrate 25 years of the RECOIL project. The Blu-ray features the second and last full show of 2010, held in Budapest at the beautiful newly-renovated Szikra venue.
The performance was filmed using the latest high-definition technology in order to capture the event in its full glory.
Alan Wilder gave feedback to rough edits which Atus sent to him whilst Paul Kendall and Alan simultaneously worked on the surround sound mix.
Attila's film is nothing less than stunning and offers a captivating and exhilarating document of "A Strange Hour".
The release will be presented in a deluxe DVD-sized 6 panel digi-pack with reinforced slipcase, containing a 170gm 16-page booklet packed with information and photo manipulations by Ákos Szénási. The first 1000

Alfa Matrix is proud to announce the signing of the Belarus act AMBASSADOR21. Founded in 2001 in Minsk, Belarus by Natasha (voice, electronics) and Alexey Protasov (voice, electronics), AMBASSADOR21 fuses industrial/digital hardcore sounds with punk attitude and powerful lyrics in English and Russian.
After showcasing their power on stages across the world, the AMBASSADOR21 duo recently celebrated their 10 years of existence, 10 years of sonic warfare riot with a new extended European tour. Their next studio album is now in preparation. A new EP will be released as well.
The band's side-project SUICIDE INSIDE recently released the "Homicide" album on Alfa Matrix.
