De Franse steracteur Guillaume Canet levert een stevige acteerprestatie in deze opzienbarende psycho-thriller, gebaseerd op het waargebeurde verhaal van Alain Lamare, de “tueur de l’Oise”.
In 1978 en 1979 werden de inwoners van het Franse departement van de Oise opgeschrikt door een reeks moorden die angst en terreur zaaide over heel de streek. De maniak in kwestie had het telkens gemunt op jonge vrouwen, geheel willekeurig gekozen. De dader is overal en nergens, ontsnapt met gemak aan de klauwen van de rechercheurs en ontloopt alle wegcontroles. Niet zo vreemd aangezien de moordenaar in realiteit een jonge, timide gendarme is met een smetteloos blazoen en een schijnbaar doodsaai privéleven.

Arrow Films, the distributors of The Hunt, A Hijacking and Love Is All You Need, are pleased to announce the DVD release of the acclaimed Austrian feature, Amour Fou, which debuted in the Un Certain Regard strand at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival to a host of positive reviews. Amour Fou is the follow up to director Jessica Hausner’s acclaimed 2009 picture Lourdes and will be released on DVD from 9th March 2015.
Berlin, the Romantic Era. Young poet Heinrich (Christian Friedel, White Ribbon) wishes to conquer the inevitability of death through love, yet is unable to convince his sceptical cousin Marie to join him in a suicide pact. It is whilst coming to terms with this refusal, ineffably distressed by his cousin's insensitivity to the depth of his feelings, that Heinrich meets Henriette (Birte Schnoeink), the wife of a business acquaintance. Heinrich's subsequent offer to the beguiling young woman at first holds scant appeal that is until Henriette discovers she is suffering from a terminal illness. AMOUR FOU is a "romantic comedy" based loosely on the suicide of the poet Henrich von Kleist in 1811.

Detroit-based electronic rock powerhouse Celldweller has released his explosive new single, "Good L_ck (Yo_'re F_cked)" via FiXT Online. The single, which is the first track released from Celldweller's highly anticipated new release, End of an Empire (Chapter 03: Dreams), shows Celldweller at his finest — harnessing a potent mixture of industrial-punk rock and industry-defining electronics.
Klayton, the mastermind behind Celldweller, said the song came to flourishion while writing a movie script with Grant Mohrman. The original idea of the script surrounded a character who fronted an electronic punk rock band — thus "Good L_ck (Yo_'re F_cked)" is born. Klayton said this aspect of the story exists, but the song, which he wrote in a day, made the cut.
"I took a moment to shed the concept of being Celldweller and instead, I wrote from the perspective of someone else," said Klayton. "I reproduced the song from the ground up and it became a Celldweller track that naturally fits alongside everything else in the End of an Empire universe."
Alongside "Good L_ck (Yo_'re F_cked)" End of an Empire (Chapter 03: Dreams) features another new track, "Just Like You," and remixes from a team of the best electronic and rock artists in the industry. Industrial rock giant Combichrist, elite composer Tom Player, renowned German-based artist Hecq, and creative electronic musician Mobthrow all provide their unique takes on the new Celldweller tracks. The record is due out March 13 on FiXT.

Metroland's debut album "Mind The Gap" was an instant success when released in 2012. The band quickly gathered a loyal following with Kraftwerkian approach and sound and also ended up as support act fro OMD on several dates including a sold out gig in Brussels.
