Super-charity group BRUDERSCHAFT strikes back with the full length album “Return”! Just like for the hyper successful “Forever” EP released some 10 years ago, all net profits of this new album will go to various cancer charities for the purposes of research and treatment, and to assist families with loved ones who are suffering from cancer so that they can be there to provide comfort in their time of need.
Famous New York DJ and artist Rexx Arkana managed to gather VNV NATION, COVENANT, APOPTYGMA BERZERK and ICON OF COIL members for the “Forever” EP. Similarly the “Return” album adds his FGFC820 partner in crime Dräcos as a full-time band member and features a host of powerhouse artists and contributors fueled by the vocal contributions of talented singers from renown bands like ASSEMBLAGE 23, BEBORN BETON, HAUJOBB, AESTHETIC PERFECTION, COLONY 5, SYSTEM SYN, SYRIAN and IEN OBLIQUE.
Amongst the musicians / songwriters, besides the original contributors of Joakim Montelius (COVENANT) and Sebastian Komor (ICON OF COIL, ZOMBIE GIRL, KOMOR KOMMANDO) we will also notice the contribution of Daniel Myer (HAUJOBB), Johann Sebastian (STATE OF THE UNION) and Maze (BLANK).
Die Krupps, the long-running, venerated, German industrial/rock/EBM band, returns with the new album The Machinists of Joy. Following the release of the first single, "Risikofaktor," the new album showcases the accumulation of over three decades of growth and influence.
Die Krupps has been listed as an influence to bands such as Nitzer Ebb, Rammstein, Depeche Mode. A seamless blend of new influences and the signature sound that Die Krupps helped create makes The Machinists of Joy an impressive piece of work.

Arrow Video is pleased to announce the UK Blu-ray debut of Brian De Palma’s supernatural thriller THE FURY on Monday 28th October.
One of De Palma’s best loved films, this new version of THE FURY has been painstakingly restored from the original camera negative, a process overseen by master technician James White (who also restored the acclaimed Arrow Video release of Zombie Flesh Eaters in 2012). Marking the film’s UK Blu-ray premiere in style, Arrow’s team of restorers have breathed new life into this telekinetic masterpiece – it’s crystal clear, vibrant and has been newly graded, all the while keeping true to Richard H. Kline’s brilliant original cinematography. 2013 year marks THE FURY’s 35th birthday... it’s never looked better.
Arrow’s deluxe edition of THE FURY will come loaded with a never-before-seen selection of special features, bonus material and an in-depth collector’s booklet, many of which have been independently sourced and appear here for the very first time. Sam Irvin, who worked as an intern on THE FURY and is now an acclaimed film-maker in his own right, is currently available for interview to talk about his time on-set and what it was like working with De Palma. Sam’s short-film tribute to De Palma, "Double Negative", appears as an exclusive extra.
Starring living Hollywood legend Kirk Douglas alongside John Cassavetes (Rosemary’s Baby, The Dirty Dozen) and Carrie Snodgress (Diary of a Mad Housewife), THE FURY sees Cassavetes’ most sinister performance since Rosemary’s Baby, as a man who kidnaps the telepathic son of his colleague (Douglas), aiming to turn him and similarly gifted individuals into human weapons. Surlendemains Acides is the second full length from Xavier Paradis’ project Automelodi, and his first on new label Electric Voice Records.
As with Automelodi’s past efforts, this sophomore LP does offer a nod to obscure ‘80/’90s European electronic music—artists such as Trisomie 21 and Grauzone among others—but the main focus of the arrangements, melodies and production on Surlendemains Acides is to frame and carry the album's very dense and personal lyrical universe: a bittersweet, angular path, haunted by shades of anxiety and disenchantment.
These themes translate especially well through Paradis’ cold, yet shimmering French vocals, to create a listening experience with both unusual depth and levity. As Paradis clearly moves towards straightforward songcraft on this latest effort, the Automelodi project is elevated beyond a brilliant work of post modern electronic music to become a true stand-out within the broader context of popular music.
