Inside traditional Gothic-Rock culture the DARK SPRING FESTIVAL in Berlin/Germany has become a well-known pearl among live events for years now. Hosted and live supported by Berlin-based GOLDEN APES the band invites numerous european Gothic, Wave and Post Punk Bands, chosen because of their musical quality and remarkable live performances, friendly, authentic and genuine bands, which have positioned themselves in boundary to mainstream and temporary fads.
In 2013 the ideals of the festival are still burning and for the 4th appearance of the festival since 2010 a couple of glamorous artists from out of the dark scene confirmed their participation. On 23rd of march renowned Club K17 will open its halls to offer the performances of german Dark Wave Punk Band FLIEHENDE STÜRME, slovakian Death Rock formation THE LAST DAYS OF JESUS and marvelous newcomers SOLOR DOLOROSA from France and SILENT SCREAM from Finland. Dark Wave Icons THE BEAUTY OF GEMINA from Switzerland and -of course- GOLDEN APES themselves complete this year's lineup. Not enough with that, if, after 6 top liveacts, the crowd is still interested in the various vibes of dark music, DJs Orlog, Thomas Thyssen and Ian P. Christ will be on the turntable to make the night an unforgetable one. See you there!

Industrial legends Portion Control, Ike Yard and Gerechtigkeits Liga refused to follow the herd when they started out at the dawn of the 1980s. They still do, and they remain as relevant and exciting as ever.
Techno heroes Thomas P Heckmann, The Horrorist and Adriano Canzian have all contributed crushing dance tracks where old school EBM and furious techno fuse seamlessly. Also represented on Inside The Volcano is the new breed of leftfield dance music with mind blowing tracks from Equitant, Friherren, Diamond Skull District and K-Nitrate.
Organic’s dark and beautiful alternative rock is firmly rooted in their post-punk past, while Atomic Playboy and Infiltrator bludgeon listeners into submission with dirty electronics and psychotic howls.
The paranoid machine funk of //TENSE// and The Pain Machinery aims for the body as well as the mind, showing why they are at the forefront of the new wave of electronic body music currently wreaking havoc on dancefloors all over the world.
Severe Illusion, Arzt+Pfusch, Guilt Trip and NTRSN are expert purveyors of dark, cold electro whereas Solvent and Emu Bomb infuse their darkness with a strong pop sensibility.
Most of these 24 tracks are exclusive for this compilation. A few have only been released on vinyl before and some will be featured on upcoming releases.

Dark Dimensions are very proud to announce the signing of “Martin Kleid”.
“Martin Kleid” are an Italian indie rock band formed in 2010. The band consists of Sasha Polita (lead vocals, rhythm guitar, synth) Claudio Santoni (lead guitar, synth) Francesco Pellegrinelli (bass guitar, synth) Michele Bellagamba (drums).
The four musicians are creating their own distinct sound, mixing British indie rock and electronic music. Martin Kleid use unique, original composition, creative songwriting and musical arrangements with a melodic structure of energy reaching their listeners immediately.
