We always said it, but it's true: everything comes back and so do La Muerte. Last year they played at the Ancienne Belgique, full with new energy and that inspired the band to go on.
This show is now available on 180gr. vinyl, including with a digital download.
The record was produced by La Muerte and masterd in New York by Alan Douches (Motörhead, Dillinger Escape Plan, Sepultura...).
But there’s more. La Muerte played some big festivals like Sjock, Dour and Lokerse Feesten. They even composed new songs, and now there are some new gigs.

We hebben het altijd gezegd, maar het is zo: alles komt terug en dus ook La Muerte. Vorig jaar stonden ze in de Ancienne Belgique, vol nieuwe energie en dat gaf de band ontzettend veel zin om door te gaan.
Dit optreden is nu op lp beschikbaar, op vinyl 180 gr, inclusief met digitale download.
De plaat werd geproduceerd door La Muerte en in New York gemasterd door Alan Douches (Motörhead, Dillinger Escape Plan, Sepultura...).
Het bleef echter niet bij dat ene concert. La Muerte speelde nog op een aantal grote festivals zoals Sjock, Dour en de Lokerse Feesten. Er werden zelfs nieuwe nummers gecomponeerd, en nu zijn er alweer nieuwe optredens.

Peek-A-Boo Presents the first song of the new Wool-E Tapes release by Whispering Sons
Wall is the first song from the new Wool-E Tapes release by young upcoming Belgian coldwave/shoegaze band Whispering Sons scheduled for mid December.
The 5-piece hails from Houthalen-Helchteren, but studies and resides in Leuven. They take their influences from Chameleons, Cocteau Twins, Magazine,Cure, Beatles and last but not least Moral, the Danish postpunk/minimal wave band from whom's song they took their name.
Whispering Sons started in 2013 as a 4-piece, with the addition of singer Fenne and the recording of a demo Cdr in 2014 things became more seriously. In April 2015 they won the Brussels Rockrace at the AB-club and in May they were voted vi.be of the month in Indiestyle.
On 23 Decmber they present their new release at the Kinky Star in Gent.
At the same moment two other Wool-E tapes will be released: the 2nd Factice Factory album and the solodebut from Implant's Jan Dhooghe.

Funny enough, Manual means both in Portuguese and English “working with your hands”. It is no coincidence that the Brazilian duo Boogarins chose this name as the title of their latest album.
From childhood on, Fernando "Dino" Almeida and Benke Ferraz.in Goiânia played psychedelic pop. The music was recorded in the garden of their parents and supplemented with traditional elements, but with a modern touch.
This new psychedelic trip is now available on CD via PIAS.

Maybe you've never heard of Tucker Zimmerman, but in 2006 journalists asked David Bowie to make a list of his favourite records. Most of them were well-known names such as The Velvet Underground, Robert Wyatt, The Last Poets, James Brown, The Incredible String Band, John Lee Hooker and Little Richard. But there was also a complete unknown between them: Tucker Zimmerman.
"I always found this album or stern, angry enthralling compositions." Bowie wrote about
this record from 1969 that had an incredible effect on him.
The production was made by Tony Visconti, who worked at that time with Marc Bolan. Visconti also plays on the album, just like Aynsley Dunbar, Rick Wakeman, Shawn Phillips, Ricky Fataar and Terry Cox.
Bowie’s The Jean Genie is inspired by the work of Tucker Zimmerman.

"I always found this album of stern, angry compositions enthralling.” schreef Bowie over deze plaat uit 1969 die een ongelooflijk effect op hem had.

These days Artoffact Records releases many elusive gems on vinyl. This time they release Inhale, the album released in 2013 by the Greek duo Marsheaux.
With releases on labels such as Les Disques du Crepuscule, Out of Line, Artoffact Records, Anna Logue Records or Undo Records, the duo became increasingly popular. They did remixes for OMD, their music was used by The Human League and recently they were asked by VNV Nation to be their support act during their German tour.
The growing popularity ensured that Inhale is no longer available on vinyl. But now there is the re-release on Artoffact, that comes with the shape splatter and provides the necessary visual effects. The shape-splatter proved to be so expensive, that the company decided to stop the production. Inhale is the last album ever made with this visual effect. A real collector so to speak, available from February 2016.
Artoffact Records brengt tegenwoordig heel wat moeilijk vindbare pareltjes opnieuw op vinyl uit. Deze keer is het de beurt aan Inhale, het in 2013 uitgebrachte album van het Griekse duo Marsheaux.
Met releases op labels zoals Les Disques Du Crépuscule, Out of Line, Artoffact Records, Anna Logue Records of Undo Records werd het duo alsmaar populairder. Zij deden remixes voor OMD, hun muziek werd gebruikt door The Human League en onlangs werden ze door VNV nation gevraagd om hun support act te zijn tijdens hun Duitse toer.
De groeiende populariteit zorgde ervoor dat Inhale niet meer op vinyl beschikbaar is. Maar nu is er de heruitgave op Artoffact, die het vinyl op shape-splatter uitbrengt en het de nodige visuele effecten bezorgt. De shape-splatter bleek uiteindelijk zo’n dure grap te zijn, dat het bedrijf besloot om de productie ervan te stoppen. Marsheaux is de laatste plaat die ooit met dit visueel effect werd gemaakt. Van een echte collector gesproken, verkrijgbaar vanaf februari 2016.
