Body Sculptures (mem. Lust For Youth, Puce Mary, Varg) announce 7' on Posh Isolation
Body Sculptures is a recent collective project of five unique voices in Scandinavian electronic music today, constituting the collaborative efforts of Sweden's Northern Electronics and Posh Isolation.
To categorise the music of Body Sculptures would be a difficult task as the music draws inspiration from many different fields. Terms like techno, synth music, soundscape & Industrial are all fitting whilst they don’t fully capture the project.
One of the strongest apsects of Body Sculptures is that the individual members come from different musical backgrounds and bring very different work methods and sound pallets to the body of work. Erik Enocksson, Jonas ’Varg’ Rönnberg, Frederikke ’Puce Mary’ Hoffmeier, Ossian ’Vit Fana’ Ohlsson & Loke Rahbek recently debuted Body Sculptures at this years Atonal festival in Berlin.
The Base of All Beauty is the Body collects the earliest work of the project, and most of the material on this debut release was recorded by Rönnberg, Rahbek & Ohlsson before the full line up of the band had been established. ”The Base of all Beauty is the Body,” whilst being a beautiful debut of powerful and emotional music, is also a promise of more to come.
The release is presented in two different versions; a two track 7”, and in a limited edition version (Sold out already) that includes another 8 tracks presented on cassette.

Jonas Rönnberg, known under his solo moniker Varg, co-owner of Northern Electronics and involvement in the projects Ulwhednar (with Abdulla Rashim) and D.ä.r.f.d.h.s.
Erik Enocksson, renowned Swedish composer who has scored countless independent productions, with recent press accolades for his release for alternative soundtrack to the film 'Apan', on Posh Isolation.
Frederikke Hoffmeier, of industrial and experimental project Puce Mary.
Ossian Ohlsson, of dark industrial outfit Vit Fana
Loke Rahbek, co-owner of the Danish Posh Isolation label and member of Damien Dubrovnik, Croatian Amor, and Lust For Youth.
Barcelona-based TERROLOKAUST's second album for DWA “Spit The Poison Out” spent 8 consecutive weeks in the Top Ten of the Deutsche Alternative Charts, peaking at #3, and was the band’s first US release – sublicensed to Vendetta. The album also led to the band’s first vinyl releases in the shape of 2 further singles “The Way It Must Be” and “Scars That Never Heal”, released by DWA on 7″ and 12″ formats respectively, and their second promo video – for “The Way It Must Be”.
In the wake of its release, slowly but surely TERROLOKAUST have started to become a fixture on the German festival circuit, and last year DWA arranged a first major European tour for the band – to spend 3 weeks on the road opening for AESTHETIC PERFECTION/FADERHEAD…and the original DWA digipak release of “Spit The Poison Out” has all but sold out.
Consequently, the CD version of the album has now been re-pressed - including new bonus tracks - and a limited edition 2CD version also released, featuring as its CD2 a 12-track album of remixes:

C.H.U.D. Original Motion Picture Soundtrack LP coming soon on Waxwork Records
Waxwork Records is proud to present C.H.U.D. The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. Never before released in any format, Waxwork has tracked down the original master tapes with the effort’s of C.H.U.D.’s composers Martin Cooper and David Hughes.
Released in 1984, C.H.U.D. has gained a devoted cult following amongst B-Movie Horror fans and the film is widely referenced in pop culture to this day via The Simpsons, Archer and more. C.H.U.D. has also served as a launching pad for numerous actors such as John Goodman (Roseanne, The Big Lebowski, Raising Arizona), Daniel Stern (Home Alone), and John Heard (Home Alone).
The primitive synth score composed by Martin Cooper and David Hughes captures the seedy, grim landscape that embodied early 1980’s NYC. In collaboration with the composers, Waxwork has effectively re-stored, re-mixed, and mastered the full film score directly from the original master tapes.
Included in the LP package are composer liner notes and an extended interview with C.H.U.D. director, Douglas Cheek courtesy of Rue Morgue Magazine.
Other LP package features include an old-style tip on gatefold jacket featuring artwork by Ghoulish Gary Pullin, a printed inner sleeve, and 180 gram colored vinyl.

The first single Lux is inspired by the latin meaning of the word which means Light up the darkness.
The album will be out on the 10th of November via ANYWAVE/MANIC DEPRESSION RECORDS and the mood consist in such gloomy, suspense-filled material with dark colours melodies and atmosphere of claustrophobic menace. Cascading from jangling, psychedelic and warped guitars to galloping tribal drumming, via endless layers of mesmerizing synths."
Schonwald is a duo from Italy formed by Alessandra Gismondi (voice and bass guitar) and Luca Bandini (guitar, synths and drum machines).
Schonwald is all about atmospheres: hypnotic minimalist mood and a noise inclination with echoes of Suicide, New Order, The Cure, mingling with synth melodies straight from the '80.
Don’t let the Germanic name fool you, the first Italian band signed to HoZac Records (Chicago) in March 2013. Schonwald emerge on their US debut single slithering with unsettling vibes right from the start. This two-piece unit has been surreptitiously dwelling in the shadowy corners of the European underworld for a few years now, releasing their debut LP in 2009 on Pocket Heaven Records (Lux).
Schonwald are now encroaching on world submission with the unleashing of their long-anticipated “Mercurial” single. A chilling and hopelessly bleak drum-machine rhythm sets the tone, parting the waves of rippling darkness into a massive surge of inescapable, hushed-yet-crushing electronic melancholia.
European post punk at it’s finest, Alessandra and Luca of Schonwald create a pulsing, black-lit atmospheric electronic vibration so cold, hypnotic, and simple, it’s perfect for our endlessly frozen world.
Last album "Dream for the Fall" was out on the 25 of September 2014 via Anywave/Manic Depression Records (Paris).
Schonwald live debut was in London at "Myogenic Festival" and their records have been supported by 5 European tours through Italy, England, France, Switzerland , Portugal, Germany.
They played as special guest for UK Decay, Clan of Xymox and they've been invited to play at "WAVE GOTIK TREFFEN 2015".
