Some music doesn’t need any explanation. Tea Simpson, Monet Wong, Ariel Dornbush and Angela Clark just rock in the best tradition, and that’s it! This female rock band from Minneapolis has so far 3 EP’s out, they already have toured all over Europe and definitely know how to write an irresistible rock tune!

The 7" on Pinata Records is a perfect showcase of their talent: 50’s rock that refers to obscure B-movies, it has a dirty touch and the compositions are so good that they could have been on a Cramps album.

A-side Fire Of Love is only a bit longer than 2 minutes, but it has all the ingredients a great rock’n roll song needs to have! And yes, these ladies look dead sexy too! They’re probably the kind of ladies The Sonics wanted to marry as they know what a delicious rock ‘n roll feast stands for. The B-side Liar opens with a church organ (something like Dr. Phibes plays), but some seconds later you’re invited for another rock ‘n roll party. Rock ‘n roll has find some new queens, they live in Minneapolis!
