A collection of lullabies for the dark souls. But don't let the first track misguide you: "Repository World" is slow and hard at the same time. Killer Wumpscut-like track which grabs you by the throat. If this sets the level for the rest of the release, I'm a fan...
Other tracks like "Lullaby for Helsinki" or "Tankevurpa" bring a kind of dreampop / synthpop which I like a lot as well. So yes, the title of the album is spot on.
"Café-art" and "No Heaven" kind of try to take up some tempo, but only for a moment.
It's a strange struggle with myself during this album: I like the tracks separately, but I don't really like the album as a whole... Every time I'm in the flow of the dream-ish tracks, a track comes in which takes the 'cosy feeling' away. And once I'm back awake, the mellow tracks start all over again... It's like waking up in the morning: Alarm clock sounds - snooze - alarm clock - snooze - alarm clock - snooze...
I think I'll start the struggle again... From track 1... Because I really really like that one...
