We already reviewed the music by this very fine band from Philadelphia on our pages. So far these Americans are still operating deep down in the underground, but their sound is getting better and better.

Hayden Payne (vocals, guitar, electronics) , Bryan Spoltore (bass) and Abby Echiverri (vocals, violin, synth) are the kind of musicians who believe in the mighty sound of post-punk. So yes, basically there's nothing new as you hear this sound on your old Joy Division-albums. But.....and that's very important, this trio are using the sound of Manchester's finest to come up with a very own beast. I mean, Dream Affair write tunes that stay in the head...melodies that are destinated to be great classics which aren't brainless rip-off's.

On this EP you'll find six tracks and Over And Over really drove me wild, a melancholic Xymox-like tune. In fact their songs are very 4-AD-esque touch if you ask me.
