The open up and bleeds is a Swedish Post Punk band with a bright future. It just took me one song (the opener 'In the darkest hours') to get me hooked on an hypnotic wave. Love the eighties retro sound ('Cut me a live one' and ''What John said' aka 'There is a killer in everyone'), just as the emotional and tortured vocals (a good rocker 'Stiv bators in all of us' and 'Let's go back to modernism'). However they are fans of Iggy and The Stooges (listen to the great song 'Everyone i Know'), it's only a sidenote in the lyrics. This albums takes you back into dark nostalgia. I'm still shivering after listening to 'ok is not ok' (Radiohead and The Pogues couldn't bring it better), just like you can play airguitar on 'This Noise' or simply start dancing. I almost forget to tell about one last song:'I don't wanna die (anymore)' seems te be influenced by Kiss ('I was made for loving you'), but that one is on my conto. Plz get 'm gigs and make me see 'm live, can't wait!
