Monochrom is the second album from this German based duo Stereo Sin. Michael and Sira, both on vocals and synth.
Their inspiration is found in bands like Grendel and Suicide Commando.
When I listened to this album, I can certainly affirm that this is realy a must have for the dance lovers among us. And I'm sure that in the near future some songs can be heared at most cybergoth dance partys.
But for me personal however, after some tracks, it all sounds a little the same, an intro sample, a quick melody and always the same pounding beats. I was very happy with the remixes on this album. Realy liked the Centhron and (X)-RX, remixes. It's just different, and the beats and melodies just sound better.
This band realy has some potential, I only hope they bring more varation in their songs, so who knows that one day they make the perfect dance floor killer.
