ASTRONAUTE

Astronaute is Myrthe Luyten's solo project. She has been active in bands like Mad About Mountains, Isbells, Marble Sounds and Bearskin, but most people know her from her work with Tom Helsen ‘The Truth About That Girl And Me’ .

On this EP you'll find 5 mesmerising songs, soft songs that suit winter time perfectly (sitting close to an open fire). I love the lyrics and the way the music is constructed. She really has a voice that can make you melt, dream, crym float away... Emotions are her weapon and the music is simply great! The soft accoustic guitar, the nice piano, the horns... all very nicely mixed and well balanced sound.

I had wanted to point out my favourite songs, but I simply love them all, each and every one!

One can endlessly listen to these pearls and dream away! I'm already dreaming of seeing this band on stage and getting the full experience!
