Being a big fan of In Extremo, Corvus Corax, Metsatöll and so one, this is really suited for me! Nice bagpipes, a good male voice, heavy metal guitarriffs... Do I need to say more? While it is in German and, because of it, I don't understand much of the lyrics, the music speaks to me and is so good and exciting that I forget to pay attention to the lyrics and get sucked into the sound. What really amazes me is that this is only their first album, they really sound as if they are playing together for many years. This band could easily match In Extremo! Masterpieces enough on this album 'Kein Sonnenstrahl', 'Mutter', 'Verfluchte Karibik',...
I think we will hear fast enough more from these guys! Thumbs up!
