With singles like Great Minds Think Alike, All Brains Taste The Same and Anything I Do Is All Right, the London-based trio Happyness conquered the hearts of some indie fans. Music that won’t change your life, but quite OK for the radio, without having the feel that you want to switch the thing off.
From their newest album Weird Little Birthday comes their latest single It’s On You. A nice tune in which The Beatles have a rendez-vous with Pavement, but just too nice to be in your head forever. It’s indie-pop that makes you think the sun will shine forever, but once it’s over, it feels like you actually wasted 3 minutes of your life, so what’s the use?
