WORLD GONE

When you mix industrial metal, known from acts like Static-X or Fear Factory, the show and modern metal melodies of Slipknot and the furious guitar and drum breaks of (hardcore) metal acts Prong or Pro-Pain, you have an idea of what WORLD GONE has to offer. With a mix of the right ingredients you can create great music.

The Jacksonville USA based band WORLD GONE is headstrong enough to start the EP with an atypical heavy-soft almost semi-ballad song called ‘Beg’, maybe to prove that the band is more than only impressive walls of (guitar sound or screaming lyrics. With ‘Hide', the band enhances the modern metal influences, but it only seems to be the kick-off to the rest of the material. WORLD GONE get more violent, heavier and more impressive without losing the balance between melody and variation. The aggressive singalong lines by Joe Bennet (also known from Cold) stay present throughout the album. It creates an extra addition to the music (especially live very important).

WORLD GONE is power, dynamic and musical craftsmanship. If you are fan of one of the mentioned bands go and listen to WORLD GONE. You won't be dissappointed.
