DEAD MAN'S HILL

It has been a while since I have seen Bart Piette on stage... and I still hope to see him perform live again, pretty soon.

Getting his newest cd is already a good start. Since it has been a few years since I could listen to his most recent material this is a positive surpise! The music sounds better and really professional.

We can still describe it as ritual ambient, neoclassic and bombastic martial music. I'm really into the horrific story of the forthcoming apocalypse and this is really a huge accomplishment. I could only listen to it when i was alone, for the people arround me it was to scary and too creepy!

To me this could have been a soundtrack of some horror movie or PS3 game and I really think it is time to accomplish this idea! 'Pestillence', 'Mother Earths Black lung' and 'Twilight of destruction and the gateway to transformation' are my favourite songs. I just hope that this cd gets enough airplay and recognition!
