Being quite a Cave/Grinderman fan myself, I looked forward to this little extra on the second Grinderman album. A little extra that should be a great added value for those hunting for collectables... nevertheless, I was a bit disappointed while listening to this album. Yes, the tracks keep quite a high standard, but most of them cannot meet the level of the originals, and none really overpower the album-version.
It took me a while to learn to appreciate the album. None the less, the mixes are good and the originals are not raped, but for those who really expect the WOW factor: sorry, but no cigar!
